Our Promise to You

We want you to love what you purchase from us. If something doesn’t quite meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how you can return items and request a refund.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns

We cannot accept returns on items that have been customized, altered, or damaged after delivery.

You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return any items.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging, with all tags attached.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us:

Send us an email at info@urbanstyle.pk with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.

Pack Your Item: Securely package the item you’re returning, including any accessories, manuals, or other items that came with it.

Ship It Back: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a Different Size or Color?

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at info@urbanstyle.pk. We’ll be happy to assist you with the exchange process, provided the item is still in stock.

Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return or refund. Please check the product description before making your purchase.
